Drive — a part of Fairfax Digital — has launched a mobile version of its service in Australia. Drive Mobile will offer people access to tens of thousands of motoring listings on the Drive website, as well as information like car comparisons, reviews and news features. The mobile service has a partnership with Toyota Australia — it’s not clear in the press release whether that partnership is for advertising or information, but the service is free from Fairfax. The service is web-based, with people able to receive an SMS from Drive with a link to the Drive Mobile site.
