Optus Signs Fairfax For Business Content

Australia’s second largest mobile carrier Optus (6.68 million users) has signed a deal with publisher Fairfax for business and finance content. This extends their current deal where Fairfax Digital provides general news content.

The new content will include:
–Daily business and finance stories from Fairfax publications including the Business Day sections of Sydney Morning Herald and The Age, Money Manager and Trading Room.
–Data from leading exchanges including stocks, currencies and indices.
–Daily market round ups: business winners, losers and the biggest movers.
–Business essentials including how to guides, expert advice and stock tips.
–Streamed video bulletins and audio podcasts from Alan Kohler and Michael Pascoe.
