Delivery Agent, a provider of direct response product placement for the entertainment industry, has raised $18.5 Million in a third round, bringing its total funding to $35 million. Bessemer Venture Partners led the round and was joined by Cardinal Venture Capital and Worldview Technology Partners. The San Francisco company plans to use the investment for acquisitions, consumer marketing initiatives and to upgrade its technology.
