Iran’s Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution has instructed the countries Telecommunications Ministry to buy the necessary equipment to filter MMS messages for immoral content, reports Reuters. There’s no details of exactly how and when these messages will be filtered, nor what would be defined as “immoral” messages. Filtering is an expensive business if done properly, but I’m guessing the Council isn’t worried about false positives.
