Hands-On Mobile, in the process of reorganizing itself after some additional funding came in recently, has disposed off one of the companies it bought a year ago: it has sold off Thumbspeed to Oz Communications…Oz initially gained traction with mobile instant messaging applications and has expanded into wireless e-mail and social networking offerings.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Founded in 2004, Thumbspeed specializes in mobile e-mail, IM and mobile blogging software. Release with more info.
