CMS maker MESoft has received $6 million in funding from a group led by Peninsula Equity Partners and Sid R. Bass Associates. The Burbank-based company plans to use the funds to build out its management team, expand marketing efforts and extend the scope of its product line. The company’s main product, MESoft Select, offers real-time production, editorial review and approval software used to store, manage and access media assets.
