UK’s Channel 4 is reportedly in talks with operators O2 and T-Mobile to sell the advertising on their portals. The broadcaster is moving pretty strongly into mobile with some significant content deals, and NMA reports that it is now hiring “a dedicated mobile team to handle advertising on operators’ portals as well as those of off-portal WAP sites” as it takes its online sales house 4DS into mobile. It’s also starting a media agency.
