Bollywood film distribution company BODVOD will be providing on-demand content to Time Warner Cable and Comcast. BODVOD holds rights to films from Adlabs and UTV. 10 films, including Krrish, have already been premiered on the network, and next in line are Don, Jaan-E-Mann and Umrao Jaan. Movies are priced at $3.95 for 24 hours, and have been made available in Time Warners 31 digital cable markets in the US. The company also sells Bollywood related content via Google Video, under the name Saavn. BODVOD plans to launch operations in Canada next year.
