Iliad, neuf Cegetel and Noos-Numericable – three independent broadband service providers are bidding for T-Online France (Club Internet), an ISP that has been put on the block by its German parent, Deutsche Telekom (DT). Club Internet has 600,000 subscribers and could fetch betweeen 250-to-500 million Euros.
