China Mobile has announced that Motorola is the first handset maker to support the mobile operator’s Express News mobile information service. The service will launch on the MOTOKRZR K1, MOTORIZR Z3 and MOTOSLVR L71 model devices. The Express News service, currently in trials, will make use of Moto’s SCREEN3 technology, a client that picks up on clues from what users read over time to match the news content with the user based on individual preferences. As a part of the service, Express News also will feature a so-called “smart synchronization” function that automatically refreshes the content delivered and displayed on the handset. Press release
