Globul, a Bulgarian subsidiary of Greek OTE Group, announced it would launch a range of live and pre-recorded video content via its 3G video portal. It will stream “live TV, exclusive real time feeds from the Vip Brother reality show, pre-recorded TV shows, news and weather as well as views from live cams at key location in Sofia and around the country”. Rather than go through a portal menu the service is accessed via a video call, something I’ve heard talked about for a while, and charged at .24 levs per minute (16.4 US cents per minute).
