As an example of how can result in new services, in Japan DoCoMo is selling a breathalyzer that attaches to a mobile phone so that companies can prevent their drivers from driving while drunk. The phone part is used for a video call so that the manager can see it is the employee blowing into the breathalyzer rather than someone else, reports Reuters. Apparently DoCoMo has sold 1,500 of the 90,000 yen (US$764) to 150 companies since June 2006.
