Here is more from the Google stable. First, the search engine giant is looking at developing products targeted at Indian rural markets. Sukhinder Singh Cassidy, Vice-president (Asia Pacific & Latin America), Google Inc, told Business Standard that the company will work with local vendors to develop simpler search engines, as well as delivering content tailored to the needs of rural users. Apparently, they plan to provide customised content for rural customers like weather updates, crop patterns and other local data.
