You won’t see this on the Toshiba R400 product page yet, but if you check the FCC site like Core Duo News did you will see that Toshiba’s new Tablet flagship is getting an integrated HSDPA option. From what CDN can tell, the R400 will hold an embedded HSDPA PCI Express mini card; this offering (presumably with Cingular’s service) would complement the Verizon EV-DO offering already available in the R400. I don’t see Toshiba offering customized configurations of the R400, so it’s difficult to tell what embedded 3G access costs as Verizon EV-DO is included with each of the two available configs.
