Changes at Hands-On: COO Effectively Running Company; New VP; Yahoo Lawsuit Settled?

Lots of turmoil and changes at mobile gaming and content firm Hands-On for the last few months…at one time last month, we were getting a tip a day on the company, though it seemed to be a concerted campaign against the company.
Anyway, the word we have is that investors have been unhappy for a while, and no sign yet of an IPO. Jonathan Sacks, the CEO is now effectively been sidelined (though he is still there) and new COO Lynne Crawford is running the company…she added the president title as well; Sack was the president of the company till recently. Also, we also have word that the company has settled its lawsuit with Yahoo, though we’re still waiting on an official confirmation for that…Yahoo sued the company last year claiming that seven mobile software engineers and business managers who left Yahoo for Hand-On took with them “financial forecasts, business strategy documents and even Yahoo source code for technologies designed to send content efficiently to cell phones”. Anyway, not sure what the terms of settlement are, if it has happened.
Also, in a related development, the company has appointed David Saitta as VP of Sales and Marketing..he will be responsible for managing and directing all sales and marketing activities for Hands-On Mobile North America. Prior to this, Saitta was senior director of distribution at Mobile ESPN.
