AT&T has announced an exclusive deal with the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), giving users access to a broad range of mobile service and WWE content via a mobile portal. The content on offer will include an exclusive collection of WWE-themed videos, ringtones, voice tones and graphics. It’s interesting to see an exclusive content deal at a time when most content companies are going for reach and recruiting as many operator partners as possible (or skipping the lot to go D2C).
