In stock and cash deal, 94 percent of Indian childrens magazine publisher Chandamama is being bought by Software company Geodesic Information Systems for Rs.10.2 crores (approximately $2.3 million), reports Reuters. Chandamama sells around 200,000 copies in over 12 languages, and Geodesic intends to digitize Chandamama content for the Internet and Mobile.
