Time Warner has launched a mobile service in Raleigh N.C. with plans to expand nationwide, reports Wireless Week. It seems to be a straight MVNO offering using Sprint’s network and targeting existing Time Warner cable TV, broadband internet and digital phone customers, with free calls between the mobile and home phones. No mention is made of content.
