Based on Akamai’s closing price Friday of $55.55, the stock is worth roughly $177.8 million. Netli, founded eight years ago, has raised more than $47 million in funding from VC firms Granite Global Ventures, Reed Elsevier Ventures, Morgenthaler Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, BlueRun Ventures, and Leapfrog Ventures.
