Sony and Namco Bandai have teamed up to create a game developer dubbed Cellius, with Namco holding 51 percent of the new venture, reports Bloomberg. “Cellius will use Sony’s Cell chip, which powers PlayStation 3, to create games for the console and content for mobile phones and personal computers”, although I’m not sure how using the chip will aid in the development of mobile games.
