Mills retains his position as CFO of Bet Networks. BET’s digital assets include BET.com, BET on Blast, BET on Demand, BET Mobile and BET’s digital video download offering. — CBS Interactive, the digital arm of CBS Corp, has appointed Stephen Snyder as COO of the division. In this role, Snyder, who most recently served as SVP and GM of CBS SportsLine.com, will oversee all operations of the unit’s websites (cbs.com, CBSNews.com, CBS SportsLine.com, among others), as well as its support functions. CBS Interactive is looking for a successor at CBS SportsLine.com.
— The Copyright Clearance Center will have a new CEO this June when Tracey Armstrong will be promoted from COO following Joseph Alen, who is retiring after 25 years with the company. This is a plan that has been in place since Alen told the board three years ago he would leave when he hit 65. Release.
