LifeHacker has found a great site which matches up Amazon’s music listings with music video listings from YouTube. Search ZonTube for an artist, album or song, click on a result, and then click ‘Play’ under the album art. The page will load with the results of a YouTube search query.
What I really like about this is that it doesn’t just return the ‘official’ video, but also includes live performances and user-created videos. For instance, searching for Gnarls Barkley turns up results like their MTV Video Music Awards appearance in Star Wars drag. And this user-created video for the song “Smiley Faces” I discovered with ZonTube features some great pop-and-lock dance moves (not to mention the cheesetastic ‘special effects’). Though I warn you, this is a great way to ruin your productivity at the office.
