UK-based mobile gaming and now video content gaming firm Player X has received about $9.85 million in its second round of funding. The round was led by Nordic Venture Partners and Long Acre Partners as well as further investment from original investors Arts Alliance. The company got the first round in October 2005.
The money will help the company expand beyond games into mobile video and TV as well. In December last year, the company launched its mobile TV channel geekTV with 3 UK.
