Tata Indicom has announced that they’re ready to implement mobile advertising solutions on ‘Tata Zone’. The banner ads will either result in a call, an IVR response, download of mobile content or interactive voting. Seems to be fairly similar to Airtel Live. They’re launching the ads feature alongwith a Digital Music Download service. As of October ’06, according to AUSPI figures(pdf), Tata Teleservices had 33,463,520 subscribers in the digital mobile segment. The advertising solution platform has been provided by Mast Mobile Media.
