Orange Photography Service Passes 1 Million Mark

Orange Photography, a service offered by Orange in the UK that lets users upload photos to the Orange Photography album service, has achieved over 1 million mobile photo uploads in its first 5 months of service, according to this press release. The service also allows users to share images with friends. Orange gives some of the credit to Pixota, a mobile imaging client developed by NewBay (which is being pre-installed on a range of Nokia and Sony Ericsson handsets including Nokia N80) allowing users to upload pictures at full resolution as well as share, store, publish and print their images.
