There’s an interesting post about John Hayduk, CTO of Indian carrier VSNL International, at the ITU Telecoms World predicting that VoIP will allow some cool things, which will make it the foundation for some “killer apps”. I’d be surprised if we see some new “killer apps”…
“It might be a voice session that is going to be added while you are browsing the Internet in a messaging session, or adding a voice session to interactive gaming, or something as simple as adding a voice session while you are watching TV so you can share it with family and friends who aren’t there”.
