Move Networks, which sells a streaming video platform, has raised $11.3 million of a $12.17 million Series B round, PE Week discovered in a regulatory filing. American Fork, Utah-based Move promises broadcast-quality streaming, with PVR-style navigation, video embedding tools, and detailed reporting on viewers’ usage. The company powers on-demand programming at MySpace. It is currently Windows-only. Investors in the round (and perhaps the previous round) include Hummer Winblad Venture Partners and Disney’s Steamboat Ventures.
