GigaOm has reported that Yahoo has bought Swedish mobile start-up Kenet Works. From Kenet’s site: “Through Kenet Community Connect mobile users can access the content on their favourite Internet Communities.” It’s intended to be launched with operators. The deal closed a few months ago, and while Yahoo is saying how much was paid Swedish newspaper Dagens Industri put the price at “at least SEK 150 million, (EUR 16.6 million or $21.28 million)”.
