Maruti Udyog has picked up the mobile gauntlet, but are still skeptical about it as a long term strategic tool. Maruti is using the 3636 code for its Omni brand – to promote, generate leads and to cut down response time. Leads generated via mobile are separated and forwarded to dealers to follow up on.
