Motorola will buy mobile software company Good Technology the companies said today, for an undisclosed sum. Good’s push mobile email product competes with RIM’s Blackberry, and Motorola’s purchase follow’s Nokia’s previous acquisition of Intellisync. Good is reported to have raised over $200 million in venture funding — wow, and we thought MobiTV was getting up there.
