CNET’s Webshots is about to add video; looks like it should be live tomorrow. They tell us their viewing area will be 50 percent larger and their bitrate will be three times faster than YouTube. There are some storage limits though, 100 5-minute videos to start, then more for long-term and premium members. Until now, large video and photo sites have stayed pretty distinct for the most part, though companies like Yahoo and MySpace have their fingers in both.
