BP Interactive, a fantasy sports startup based in Israel, has received an investment from the Lightspeed-Gemini Internet Lab (LGiLab). BP InTech is the first investment of LGiLab, a new venture fund which is a joint venture between Gemini and Lightspeed, two top-tier VCs, to “jointly fund approximately 10 Israeli seed-stage companies in the areas of Internet and Mobile Internet”.
BP’s first project, currently known as “Playspex”, which it says will be a different take on fantasy sports games.
