UK mobile operator 3 is changing its music strategy by offering a music store that allows users to download music direct to their PCs as well as onto their handsets (dual downloads…getting common with other operators worldwide), reports NMA. Previously, 3 customers could only purchase music from their phones and needed a text code to put tracks on their PCs through 3’s Dual Download store.
