We don’t follow every twist and turn at far-reaching Sony but worth noting that, as it deals with a string of other issues, the company is now also under investigation by the U.S. Justice Department. Sony said Tuesday that it was served by a DOJ subpoena for possible antitrust violations relating to memory chips, joining at least four other companies as possible targets of an investigation involving SRAM.
