Spectrum for 3G and Broadband Wireless Access (BWA) is being allocated simultaneously and BusinessWorld has a writeup (subscription reqd) comparing the two technologies. It asks, like we did, about why operators shouldn’t jump directly from 2G to 4G. Here’s why:
