Jupiter Research analyst Sharon Armbrust has outlined her thinking for an increase in consumer use of mobile internet next year. She argues that one of themain reasons for the slow uptake is “the widespread lack of opportunity consumers have had to sample mobile broadband, either at all or in any manner that renders a rewarding experience”. However, a host of new developments this year should lead to an ability for consumers to sample the mobile internet enjoyably, which should in turn lead to purchasing. (via Mobile Analyst Watch)
