LG Embraces Starbucks to Promote Mobile TV Phones

LG will set up “experience zones” in 10 Starbucks stores in Seoul to “promote its 10.95 mm pocket TV phones equipped with the terrestrial digital multimedia broadcasting (DMB) technology. LG Electronics said customers can experience “the stylish design and superb image quality” of the firm’s DMB phones there”. T-DMB is doing fairly well, but only a third of the devices sold are handsets.
