Greystripe, a developer of free, ad-supported mobile games, has raised $1.2 million in first round funding from Incubic Venture Fund, Monitor Ventures and WS Investment Company, the venture arm of law firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati P.C., reports VentureWire.
The startup, based in San Francisco, earlier this year launched its in-game mobile advertising network…Greystripe plans to offer the games via mobile application distributors…advertisers who have signed up for the service include Zagat, Modtones and GPShopper.
