The BBC has a short piece on the Pocket Films Festival, which is showing 14 movies filmed on mobile phones, selected from a larger number. There’s nothing particularly new but it’s a good indication of how the medium is growing, and if you’re in the industry the two and half minutes might be worth looking at. AFP also has a story on it, focusing on what can be done with the latest phones…”I don’t know if this tool will turn out to be a revolution. But I do know it’s not just a passing trend”.
