Establishing and managing partnerships that help Ask.com grow our business, focused on strategic partnerships that extend the reach of our various products and technologies.
Responsibilities:

Lead in all aspects of deal development – prospecting, sourcing, negotiating and closing
Partnership management and optimization
Contribute to product and strategy development efforts
Technical Skills:
Good understanding of contracts, particularly licensing arrangements.
Proficient in Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
Strong financial modeling and numbers skills.
Strong understanding of the Internet media business and associated business models.
Strong understanding of Internet media agency environment.
Understanding of search engine technology and other Internet technologies.
Professional Skills:
Sophisticated deal maker with entrepreneurial spirit.
Strong negotiation, analytical problem-solving, financial modeling and deal structuring skills.
Strong teamwork focus and work ethic and ability to adapt to change.
Must be proactive in seizing the initiative, making deals and creating partnerships that extent our product reach.
