Just after ESPN closes up shop, Voce (the luxury MVNO targeted at the stupidly wealthy) has halved its prices, now going for a start-up cost of $500 and a monthly plan of $200. Perhaps the biggest draw for the service is the 24/7 service center, which boasts that it can handle any request — there are some examples in the article.
