GMO Global – a company owned jointly by Malaysia’s Green Packet, mTouche Technology and OSK Ventures International – is reportedly close to buying up a China mobile content company for more than $100 million. GMO had recently listed on the London Stock Exchange’s Alternatives Investment Market (AIM). The deal is likely to be finalised end of next month. mTouche had announced in June that it would be making an acquisition in China. GMO would be the vehicle for that acquisition.
