Job Description:Ideal candidate will have a direct marketing or online media/e-commerce background, and experience creating and managing multidimensional reports. Will be responsible for producing weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports via a diverse selection of data sources and tools.

The marketing business analyst role is key as we grow our existing database marketing & reporting capabilities.
– Create accurate and timely reports up (up to 25 per month) from various sources/tools including internal customer databases, syndicated sources, web analytics and ad server tracking).
– Perform ad-hoc analysis as necessary to support marketing, ad sales and business-unit needs. These analyses could include: channel reporting, campaign analyses, competitive analyses, etc.
– Produce meaningful charts and tables (in Excel and PowerPoint) for various internal clients at all levels that clearly illustrate fact-based insights.

Qualifications:- 2-5 years experience creating and managing multidimensional reporting in a direct marketing and/or e-commerce environment is required.
– Superior advanced Excel and Access skills are a must.
– Strong quantitative analysis skills and good understanding of statistical methods is preferred.
– Web analytics experience (Webtrends, Omniture) and/or exposure to business intelligence tools (like Unica, Business Objects) is a plus.
– Must have attention to detail, highly organized, and ability to work autonomously in growing, fast-paced business.

Education: BA in marketing, mathematics, finance or other related discipline is required.
