National Geographic is seeking a dynamic individual to manage overall business and day-to-day aspects of NG Kids Online, serving as primary liaison between NG Kids magazine and NG.com. Responsible for the Web site’s P & L, establishing and maintaining budget and ensuring the success of the site’s revenue drivers, primarily magazine subscriptions and advertising. Work closely with the Consumer and Member Marketing and Digital Media groups to ensure online subscription growth. Conceive and develop engaging content designed to increase Web site traffic (unique visitors and page views) in order to achieve specific NG Kids Online site goals for subscriptions, unique visitors, and page views. Achieve online advertising sales goals in conjunction with the appropriate departments.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required, plus three or more years experience in Web site development.
