Yesterday I decided to look for a reasonably priced CF card to use with Flash (Samsung Q1 SSD) primarily to carry music and video files around with me. I didn’t want to spend too much so I figured I would get a 2 GB card which would carry quite a bit of media. A card I found on Amazon that is actually through TigerDirect was such a good deal I had to pick it up. The Transcend 8 GB 120x (whatever that means) compact flash memory card is only $159.99! This is not a MicroDrive, it’s a real low-power high-speed memory card and that price is pretty decent. I should have it in a few days and I’ll report back how well it works. If you are looking for the biggest CF card you can find this is a great deal.
