PostRoller, an SF-based online video ad network startup, has secured $605,000 of a $1 million first round from True Ventures and Colin Wiel Investments, according to a regulatory filing, picked up by PEWNews. The company serves ads on sites such as Break.com, Blip.tv, Streetfire.net and WeakGame.com.
It was founded by Tod Sacerdoti, formerly of Plaxo and Spoke.
