Yahoo Ties With With CAA For Their Client Sites

You’re reading it here first: Yahoo has tied up with the big Hollywood creative ad agency CAA, paidContent.org has learned. The deal was announced internally within CAA yesterday, though I am not sure of the details.
From what I understand, the deal is any CAA big-name clients, like George Clooney or Steven Spielberg, would have an option to allow Yahoo to build and maintain their sites. I’m presuming that also means that Yahoo could cross promote their sites on their own network and possibly use some content.
Anyway, from a Hollywood politics level, this probably means CAA will not work with other online portals, and that Yahoo will have some exclusivity period as well.
Will let you know more when I find out…
