Commentist Party: Fun With Feedback

Our first week isn’t even over and already we’ve had some great comments. There have been a lot of great suggestions (hotspot ratings a La Guide Michelin, video conferencing and hosted PBX coverage, reaching out to a non-profit community always eager to cut costs) and some kindly bug reports. Hopefully we’ve fixed the issues with the RSS feeds!

One question we asked that resulted in some great ideas and tips was “Is Email good enough as a collaboration tool?” Kevin Ruston echoed some of the things we love about GMail, and related an informative anecdote about filing efficiency. Amit Bhowmik sang the praises of Opera 9 as an all-in one productivity powerhouse, while Joshua Hernandez relies on Basecamp to organize and collaborate with his contacts.

And thanks so much for all the kind words of support for our efforts in “Rebooting the Workforce!” We hope that Web Worker Daily will continue to generate such vibrant discussion, and can’t wait to make checking out the site comments over a cup of joe our new morning ritual.
