Ganesh.com sold?

Well, it seems that the bidding for Ganesh.com at eBay.in has ended at Rs.3,50,732, and one is now waiting for a confirmation of the domain sale, or a relisting.
Earlier, CIOL had carried a chat interview with Sai Pola, an Indian in the US who bought Ganesh.com in the secondary market and listed it on eBay India at a price of Rs.12,50,000. This led to similar attempts with Ganesh.in, Ganesh.net and Ganesh.co.in. Since it didn’t sell initially, Pola had relisted Ganesh.com at Re.1, with a minimum undisclosed reserve price, that hasn’t been met.
Excerpts of reports from The Indian Express, The Hindu BusinessLine, and a ‘news from Cochin’ on the Ganesh.com sale are mentioned at the eBay auction page. Pola claims in the interview that this isn’t a case of cybersquatting because it is a generic name, unlike mcdonalds.com or ratantata.com. Pola has a business of domain sales, and has also acquired learningtoys.com, youfind.com and Bangalore.org.
Other domain names on sale at Ebay.in include mydoctor.co.in, tirumala.us, checkgoogleranking.com, vignesh.us, airtel.us, homeworkpoint.com, mybareilly.com, paisaonnet.com and indianconsultant.net.
Apart from domain auctioning sites, there also exist domain aftermarkets for expired domains.
