Business Standard: The Karnataka Information Technology Venture Capital Fund (Kitven Fund) has decided to set up its second fund. The corpus of the fund will be Rs 50 crore ($11 million). Its first fund was only Rs 15 crore ($3.4 million). The sectors it focuses will be information technology, bio-technology, pharma, healthcare and other knowledge-based industries.
